At MC2 Saint Barth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels are intact, and include the printed return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
